Word for New Year 2006

Touch is important, for feelings are showing the presence of someone near. “I seek you to reach out and touch Me, says the Lord. In return, I will touch you with My presence.” By this action we can start, or build a new relationship.

I will bring about a new way to show you I am with you. To show you I am with you. It will come with a sweet smell. You will ask, “Is that the smell of roses? Is that smell like peaches? That smell is awesome“. This is to let you know I am present, says the Lord.

I hear the Lord saying in the new year there’s going to be a great explosion in the body of Christ. Believers are going to walk in power like never before. Signs, wonders, miracles like after the days of Pentecost. This is the year the Joel’s Army is going to come together in great numbers and going to newer levels of new anointing. The youth of America are going to arise in greater numbers in great, radical ways for the glory of God.

I hear the words let go, let God! Let go, let God! Let go of the things that hold us back and let God have His way. Let go of how we think things should go and let God move His way. God wants to be seen on this earth through His people in a much greater way. A greater season of sings, wonders, and miracles is coming this year. God wants His glory shown in a much greater way. A purifying and holiness is coming to the church. A cleansing of His people. A righteousness clothing His people. A separation of the church and the world. A new releasing of wisdom and revelation.

I believe the Lord is saying another year of change is coming to churches. You will see the beginning of revival coming to the world. Out pouring of God’s power in America. You will a greater drawing closer time with God. I believe you will also see more of signs, wonders, and miracles happen in different churches than you have ever heard of before. You will see churches starting to unite more together with a greater love for the lost.

In my seeking the Lord for a vision of 2006, He gave me one, but took a while and different avenues to bring me to understand the elements of it.

Looking to the east across my yard one morning, I see a rectangular light rising up on the horizon and rising into the sky about the same place the sun would rise if it were April. I think to myself, what’s a light doing out in our field? Only it continues to rise and hung suspended in the air over the eastern edge of our property.

Then suddenly, I was rising into the air myself and moving east. Before I could think about it, I wasn’t over Rochester. I wasn’t even over Fort Wayne. I was over Pennsylvania slowing down for Washington D.C.; and there off the coast line of the Eastern Seaboard of our country was this intensely, bright light that was several hundred miles high and wide. I was positioned at the top edge of the so I could see the panorama of the nation all lit up and glowing. The light was even shining into Canada and Mexico.

My first understanding was that this was the Light of Jesus our Lord. I noticed the light shined into and covered he nation. Then I see it spotlight Indiana and begin shining into and covering it. The light narrowed down and shined into and on our region and communities, then highlighting Rivers of Living Water. Then, without knowing when, where, or how, I was again in my back yard and the light was shining into and on me; danced around our property and then was gone.

The understanding took awhile, but I believe part of it was an answer to all the doom and gloom crowd. God looks at the United States just as He would you or I. We are one of His children that He created, and so is this nation one of His creations. One of His children. He may not be beaming with pride at this time in our history, but He is smiling. For He knows we are a very important part of His end time plans for the world. I definitely believe that this nation has not seen its finest hour. It is yet to come.

Another thing I saw in the light that was something similar only much bigger, and that was the giant score board or the giant screens that flash the cheers and expletives that keep the fans hyped up at a football or baseball game. The light itself was flashing YEAR OF OPPORTUNITY. YEAR OF COMPLETION. YEAR OF NEW BEGINNINGS. YEAR OF FULLFILMENT. YEAR OF TOTAL FULLFILMENT. AWESOME YEAR. These were things that other ministries had envisioned for the new year.
